HealthGrades评定2011年全美前50强医院

【HC3i独家翻译】HealthGrades（健康点评）2011年前50强医院评定组的CEO一致认为，使用计算机化医嘱录入系统(CPOE)是提高优质临床服务的重要保证。

HealthGrades是一家医疗质量在线评定和服务公司，此次它依照26项医疗标准程序和条件对一亿四千万份病历严格筛选评定的前50强医院,在过去的11年里都向社会提供了优质而持久的医疗服务。

为了有此殊荣，在过去的这些年里，这些医院的预估风险死亡率和并发症必须小于或等于全美顶尖的5%医院相应值。总体而言，这些前50强医院的病人死亡率和并发症发生率，比起其他医院，分别要低出30%和3%。

HealthGrades研究结果表明，如果美国的所有医院都能达到这样高级的医疗水平，那么，在1999年至2009年间，超过50万的死亡病人都可以救活。HealthGrades临床质量服务部副总裁、该研究的通讯作者Rick May说到：“现如今美国正在寻求费用合理、技术高超的医疗服务模式，而这些医院正是作出了榜样，也向社会证明持久、可靠的优质临床服务并非空想。”

这些提名医院分布在19个州的28个城市中。其中，佛罗里达州西棕榈滩就独占鳌头，拥有6家最佳医院。而芝加哥和克利夫兰市各自拥有4家。

HealthGrades首次向来自这些医院的CEO们调查了他们表现出色的原因。除了CPOE，这些CEO认为下列几项因素也是至关重要的：

• 优秀临床成果透明化

• 突出的营业利润

• 延长主管任期

• 在医生薪酬和领导团队建设中斥以巨资。
